Our first step is an obligation- free consult. Birth work is deeply personal and the relationship between a mother and her doula matters. I am intentional about the women I support and my desire is to work with those whose birth plans and values align with the care I offer and the calling I feel to this work.
Birth Support: $1000.00

Two Prenatal Visits: In person or virtual (1-2 hours each) are a space for us to build connection and trust. We'll talk through your hopes and desires for birth, explore how I can best support you, review birth preferences and walk through decision making tools. We'll also create a thought out plan for labor and birth that makes you feel prepared and supported.

Ongoing Support: Phone and text support during business hours from the time we start working together through 6 weeks postpartum.

On- Call Availability: 24/7 on call support beginning at 37 weeks. If birth occurs before that time I will try my best to make every reasonable effort to be present and provide the same level of care based on circumstance.

Labor & Birth Support: Continuous in person support during labor and birth- whether at home, birth center or in a hospital beginning when we determine active labor has started and continuing care the first 2-3 hours of the postpartum period.

One Postpartum Home Visit: A 1-2 hour visit within the first 1-2 weeks after birth to offer any support and answer any questions including emotional and informational care and gently processing your labor and birth experience.

Backup Support: In the rare event that I am unable to attend your birth due to emergency, illness, or another client in labor I will make every effort to arrange a backup doula.
* I will add you to my schedule upon payment of $300.00 retainer fee. The remaining $700.00 balance must be paid in full by 36 weeks.* Other payment arrangements may be made based on your needs.
